¿Qué es el “Curso de acceso internacional a la universidad?
Todos los estudiantes que desean ingresar en las universidades públicas españolas han de realizar la Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad (PAU). La Prueba de Acceso Internacional a la Universidad es similar a la ordinaria, pero exime del examen de las lenguas cooficiales y la Historia y la Geografía se examinan desde un punto de vista universal, por ejemplo. Además, el número de materias a elegir es menor que en el caso de los estudiantes locales.
España tiene firmados convenios con muchos países en todo el mundo, por los que reconoce el bachillerato de los respectivos países, pero, en España, una vez obtenido este título hay que realizar la Prueba de Acceso a la Universidad (PAU). Para un estudiante proveniente de otro sistema educativo resulta sumamente complicado adquirir por su cuenta los conocimientos necesarios para superar esta prueba.

What is the International Access course to the university?
International students who want to get access to Spanish universities may get recognized in Spain their secondary school degree, but they also have to pass the university entry examination “PRUEBA DE ACCESO A LA UNIVERSIDAD” (PAU).
Spain has signed agreements with many countries around the word recognising their secondary school degrees, but once students have obtained the degree recognition, they must take the examination “PRUEBA DE ACCESO A LA UNIVERSIDAD”. This examination is similar to the one administered to ordinary students, but they are exempted from taking the exam of the co-official languages, History and Geography subjects.
For students coming from a different educational system it usually becomes difficult to prepare on their own for this examination. The INTERNATIONAL ACCESS COURSE at UPV is designed to help students pass successfully this examination, which can give them access to the Spanish University. CONTACT
